This will be used as speaker B in living/dining room.
Room is about 500 SQFT - need something very musical
    My receiver is Yamaha rx-v2300
Was looking at Bose 201 or 301 which fits my budget perfectly however I don't read very positive things even though Bose is in a class of its' own.
I find klipsch is good at high volumes but not so when using at low volume & not very musical, klipsch is for loud power.
Thers is also psb or paradigm but they are close to $500.00
Any advise/input will be great. thank you

I like definitive technologies speakers, but they may be out of your price range

You might want to check out Polk Audio, Infinity, Boston Acoustics, JBL, and Mirage. In the electronics world, especially audio, you usually get what you pay for. There's exceptions to everything, and the exceptions here is Bose and Monster cables.
    Good luck!

Right on, every now and then, I see a set of Polk RT 30's on sale for about $100 or a set of RT 50's for about $200 at Fry's electronics. Just gotta keep your eyes peeled for a sale.
