Hi Everyone, I took some short video on my digital camera, (not a video camera) and am trying to burn them to a CD or DVD. I'm not sure which I should do. I am using Nero Express 6 6,6,0,1,9, and have tried VCD, SVCD,DVD. When I try to insert the file to "add video files" or "make a movie" I get a Nero textbox saying...... "unable to insert C/: blah blah blah" then a popup window comes up from Nero saying. "due to patent licence restrictions, MPEG-4 decoding is not available." then invites me to upgrade at a special price . Some of my files did actually work, but I only got audio, and not video. When I uploaded the files from my camera to pc,some saved as .bmp format and some to .mov format. Do I have to convert the files to something else before it will burn properly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I think SuperĀ© can convert .mov files. Select 'MPG MPEG 1' as the output and burn a VCD with Nero. SuperĀ© converts everything (almost) Information: http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html Download from Afterdawn http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/super.cfm
