Hi Installed a xecuter 2.3 lite chip in my xbox. When I start the box nothing happens on the screen. I read that if the box had a focus videocard(I have one) it would show nothing on the screen. How do I know if cromwell is on my box? (When I start it the light turns orange, then green and the trey opens) William
If you don't see nothing and the trey opens then you have cromwell... next insert a CD-RW with the bios you want in the drive and press A ... wait till the xbox turns off and then you're flashed. When you'll restart the xbox you'll be in the original dashboard but you'll be able to play your backups... but then it will be a good time to install Evox Dashboard
i have the same thing but my tray wont open if i put all the dips on then the light turns green then orange then the tray opens really need help thanks
Leave the dips at their default location then start up the xbox... wait 60 seconds then press A ... the tray should open... after that put in the bios and press A again
