Got write error won't burn to DVD

    I got a Code 052400 [Illegal request Invalid field in CDB]. The trial version was great and then I buy the software and it won't burn.

    I've had a bunch of problems with Nero and this was the only way to burn. So I bought it to not have the trial vision across everything and I can't connect to their support.

    Please help...

    how did you uninstall the trial software or did you just have to insert a serial number to make the program a full version.
