guide for embedding a thumbnail for a movie

    Hi, Does anyone have a guide to embed a picture as a thumbnail on a MPG4 movie? or an ISO file?

    i have just started putting all of dvd's on hard drive and i am using Western Digital TV HD to view on TV.

    When i am in Thumbnail mode, they all have the same icon.

    I would like to embed a movie poster of the movie as the icon!

    Can anyone help?

    I don't know about a guide, but if you use a .jpg that is 120x180 pixels with the same name as the video, it should show up.
