Guide Needed - Backing up DVDS to D/L disks

    Hi, I have a sony dru-700a, dvddecripter and nero6.

    The problem is i have never backed up anything before, i don't know the correct settings for my drive and software and i don't know how to backup dvds.

    All i know is i paid a lot for my d/l drive and i figure true 1:1 copies should be poss.

    if anyone can give me a step by step guide using the soft & hardware i got i would be most gratefull.

    Did you try DVD Decrypter?

    Mode > ISO > Read R.
    Mode > ISO > Write W.

    You can also use shrink, and nero or decrypter to burn. Open Shrink- edit > preferences > DVD target size > DVD9, > file I/O enable burn with nero or backup > target device > select backup target > iso image file and burn with decrypter.
