Vilkaise HL2-manuaalia, en pysty nyt tarkistamaan mutta tietääkseni siellä on tietoa miten rikkoontuneen peli-DVD/CD:n saa vaihdettua uuteen. Jenkkilän päässä homma toimii näin: If you are still encountering an error during the installation process it is most likely due to one or more of the disks being either damaged or defective, and it is recommended that you obtain a complete program replacement. Please refer to your program"s documentation for information regarding disk replacement. If you are located in North America here is how to obtain a disk replacement: If you purchased the program at a retail store, try checking with them to see if you can exchange it for another. If they won"t, we will gladly replace your program. CD-ROM replacement is FREE for the first 90 days of product ownership. After 90 days there is a $10.00 (U.S.) handling fee per program for replacement. For the fastest service, simply mail your CD"s* to us along with either a copy of your sales receipt dated within 90 days or the $10.00(U.S.) handling fee, and a note detailing the problem that is occurring. In that note, Sierra/VU Games also requests that you include your name, address, and daytime telephone number so our Customer Service Representatives may contact you should the need arise.
