ive just put a new HD in my xbox with XBMC as the dashboard and i copied all UDATA and TDATA from my old HD to the current HD. when i start halo 2, at the press start screen it locks up. i thought it could be the map pack or the profiles, i removed them, replaced them etc.. Still freezes, need help please.

I'm kinda having the same problem, i put a 100 gig hard drive on my xbox and ONLY xbox live enabled games freeze up for some reason, such as Fight Club, Conker Live and Reloaded, etc. It could be your hard drive or something i need the same help. Is it freezing on intro?

yea it freezes after the intro when it shows HALO 2 and press start when i press it it freezes, but i figured out it only does that when the LAN line is plugged in. I think it may have something to do with the IP settings. try booting it without the ethernet cable plugged in.

there is some type of hidden file you did not copy over, thats what happens when you do it manually, you need to use ghost to make an exact copy of youre hdd and that will solve youre problem

You could also try deleting all the cache in your xyz and e floders.
Just delete everything in the cache folder on your E drive and everything in your x y and z, it can't hurt to try.
