What program do you all use to upgrade your hard drive? I want to go to a 40Gb up to a 160Gb. I tried using Wester Digital's DataLifeguard tools, but they keep crashing and not finishing. Is there a good program that will make an exact copy of my current drive and make the new one as my bootable primary drive? Thanks for your help.

Oh, and yes I tried a search. But anything having to do with upgrading or copying a hard drive produces results about Xbox related stuff.

You can either do this yourself, or with the help of a third-party program.
To do it yourself, simply plug in both the hard drives at the same time, and then from windows explorer, copy the required files (in your case, all of them) to the new HDD.
As for the other option, there are many programs out there. One of them is 'Nero BackItUp', or MS uses 'Microsoft Backup'(it's called 'Backup' in Windows XP). But I personally thik that the first option is easier and less expensive.

EDIT: If you want to copy your windows installation to the other HDD along with the others, I don't think it's possible to do it automatically (since windows would lock files that are in use).
