Ordered from this website Jan 27th, sent 2 emails to see when goods will be shipped but no reply. Payment taken from my credit card straight away. I wonder has anyone else dealt with the above company?

the emails i used were sales@nintendodsr4.co.uk or rearacing@sky.com but as I said above I got no replies
hmm, interesting. i have ordered from them on a regular basis because i re-sell to friends and i never had a problem. but i have never needed to contact them so i'm not sure how their communication is.
