...is this possible? The files add up to a total of 3.9GB. They are all DivX 640x352 and around the 350MB range each. Is there a good guide someone can point me in the direction of or am I just dreaming this is possible? Cheers muchly people!
well dvd standard is MPEG2...your videos are in a DIVX format which is an AVI compression. You cannot add these movies to disc how they are...u need to convert them to mpeg, preferably using TMPEGenc. http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/convert_avi_to_dvd.cfm
Cheers andyfrank, Am aware of that and have the software. I'm thinking it's gonna take up a couple of DVD disks. Would rather fit it on one. I'm dreaming aren't I? Ta.
well, the more movies yiou have or the longer amount of time of the movies the lower the quality will be for each one so u may be able to fit them all on one but the bitrate/quality will be very low...i have only been able to fit up to three 1.5 - 2 hour movies on a dvd so idk if u can.
