Have Splinter Cell, don't know what to do next

    I have Flash FXP, AR, AR 8MB memory card and Splinter Cell I got the Linux download from www.codejunkies.com I selected the linux name and selected saved checkpoint.
    It takes me to a screen that has 8 different languages and says need customer support.
    What am I doing wrong and also what do I do after I get past that part when I do

    Also I understand that I need to create a backup of my msdashboard.
    Will I need a Xbox Memory card or what?
    Also Can you run me step by step of what I exactly need to do in order to softmod my Xbox
    I could use the help

    im stuck at the profile part, in the game i click on it and there are no checkpoints what do i do then?
