have to re install vista, what to do so i dont loose all i have on my iphone?

vista is of course acting up and i want to re-install, but what do i need to do so i dont loose all of my savings on my ihpone? i know to keep the folder that has my pictures in it, and how to back up my contacts from outlook, but what do i do about my videos and apps?

just copy your important data to an external drive or blank dvd's.

There are programs that can actually backup your programs (including all your registry entries) and transfer them to another OS.
laplink pcmover and softrescue.

You can also use an imaging software to do an entire backup of your c: drive. Once you install your new OS and programs. You can open this image (without actually installing it) and browse to your programs data files and just transfer and overwrite them in there new locations.
Macrium reflect is a good free imaging software.
