    ok long story short, im trying to burn a movie with nero 7, failed repeatedly and i have no clue wat exactly happen. so after liek 5 attempts i uninstalled it and downloaded nero9. i figured MAYBE it would work(guess it isnt so simple :p) error again. just says failed to burn like right at the end of the burning process. wasting discs tryna figure wat it is. so i figure id post my log here and maybe sumbody might understand something from inside it.

    there it is, any help or suggestions are appreciated, thanks

    Might be a problem with the media. Is it DVD+R?
    It shows up as Media type: DVD+RW.
    I hate Nero vision logs!!

    hi :)

    must be a RW. the above means it's still being formated...but then again

    these are Verbatim +r 16x write once only...so can't be formated

    Up-Grade Your Firmware.

    http://www.firmwarehq.com/Lite-On/iHAS422/files.html

    Burn With IMGBURN.

    Try DVDs Instead of CDs.

    Use 8X -R Verbatims
    Burn at 4X

    I don't understand why you won't try 1 Click Copy Pro. They let you burn 3 movies and you can quit or sign in.Why not give it a shot. For the record, I would recomend Verbatum - R 16 This way you have diferent speeds to chose from. Let me know how you make out.H

    @gurnard

    Why is the recorer not listed on Scsi-Device-Map. Is the DMA on?
