having problems need help

    i downloaded a movie an it played perfectly on my pc.i used convertxtodvd to convert it so i can put it on dvd.i burned it an everything but the problem am having is the audio on the movie is low.but wen i play it on my pc the audio is good.could some one tell me wat can i do when am burning in the future so that my audio is loud

    Do you mean that the burned DVD volume is ok when the disk is played on the PC and low on the standalone player?
    There is an Audio adjustment option under "Settings", have you checked that?

    If you know the DVD player is ok, then use the audio adjustment in ConvertX and see if it helps.

    how do do that i never knew that i can adjust the volume in convertxtodvd

    Make sure you are using the most current version of ConvertXtoDVD.

    In ConvertXtoDVD go to Help -> Check Update.
