First off, very sorry if there is a more suitable forum for this question, there's so many different forums here it's a bit overwhelming :S

Now my problem: I have 2 Xvid AVI video files that I'd like to join and burn. I've done this before a few times using the guide on this site and Virtual Dub, and I've never had any problems. However with these files I'm getting some troubles, when I open the first file with Virtual Dub it tells me that it has deteced an improper VBR audio encoding and it will re-write the audio header. Having no clue what this meant I just clicked OK, then I got to the part where you open the second file. It won't allow me to open it because the audio has different sampling rates.

What can I do to fix this?

Thanks very much if someone can help me :)

The warning would have told you that your audio will end up out of sync. Are you sure you are ok with that? Try VirtualDubMod instead.
