Recently I have been unable to use flashfxp to ftp into my xbox when it is running the evox dash. The text on the lower right part of the flashfxp screen starts moving as if I am connecting, but it never goes all the way and I never can see the folders of my xbox. HOWEVER, when I change the dashboard to avadash, then I can ftp in just fine and see all my folders. I'd appreciate any help on how I can fix this problem, and what the issue is that might be preventing me from connecting via ftp when in evox.

Most Likely you have your IP set to Dynamic, for evox you should set it to static. This is a fairly common problem with evox, I havent ran evox in quite awile (its very plain and boring, I use UnleashX), but with evox you need to set your IP to Static, because for some reason evox is not friendly with Dynamic IP. Avalaunch can read both pretty smoothly. Dont get me wrong, Evox CAN do dynamic, but it is usually hit or miss.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think this is the problem. I do have my IP sent to static, but I'm still unable to ftp into evox and able to ftp into avadash. Here's the text I get when trying to ftp into evox:

    WinSock 2.0 -- OpenSSL 0.9.7e 25 Oct 2004

    [R] LIST -al
[R] 150 Opening ASCII data connection for ls /.
[R] 226 Transfer finished successfully. Data connection closed.

Does this offer a clue to what the problem is?
