Hey everyone, for the past few days I have been trying to rip my "From Chaos" cd by 311 onto my HD, but it will not work. The CD happens to be interactive, so when I explore the files of the cd, I cannot find audio files, but the songs show as video files and so play videos. So if anyone knows how to rip this cd and get the audio out of it PLEASE let me know. Thanks.
what program are you using to rip the CD? if it is copy protected (or even if it isn't) try using EAC (exact audio copy.) It is free and the best ripper period. You can find links in my sig below to using EAC and a guide on ripping copy protected CDs.
