quick question.. my TV takes a HCSD card and i have a miniSD card for my phone. The mini came the a USB adapter which lets you plug the mini into a standard card and then read it from the usb port. My questions is this:

Will my mini SD usb adapter also read the HCSD card by itself? or would i need a separate usb reader for that card?

i dont want to open the hcsd card until i know for sure. and i dont want to have to buy another adapter just for that card ether.

    thanks

As long as the HCSD card is the mini form factor as well it should. As far as I know the pin layout is the same for both and as your PC is the controlling device it should have know problems as long as you keep your OS up to date.

However if you want a 100% answer you'll have to look up your specific adapter model.

I know the old kingston MicroSD readers also read the newer MicroSDHC.
