Just looking through the total list on my kryptview earlier and noticed 6 channels with HD written after them. When I tried them " waiting for update " came up on screen. Can these channels be watched in HD or were they always on the list .

    Tnks

you will need a box that has a hdmi output to see a hd channel and a hd tv.

I would very much doubt if you will be able to receive them, as the box is not HD ready.

You can view HD channels without the need of a HDMI, the picture is not the same quality though, its the receiver that must be able to handle MPEG 4 signals which the Kryptview can not.

I know all this because I'm on Sky HD & I have a Technomate HD motorised system - the kryptview will find the channel but wont be able to open it even if it was FTA - never mind N3

yip, you wont be able view HD content on a standard def box, it may find them, but wont show them, you need a HD box such as the Eurovox EX7000.
