Hi, Let me try this here since I didn't get any response from the other forum. I bought an HP dv9650us. It came preinstalled with windows Vista premium and an hd dvd rom. When I try to play movies they seem to be in frame by frame.....slow motion...like it gets caught on a frame for a few seconds then goes on. Please does anyone else have that problem and how to fix.
could be alot of reasons bad disc running too many programms in the background playback software is not right one and finally check ur firmware versionon ur hddvdrom
