HD media and a problem with MKV

Hi

I bought a Diamond mp1000 and have had no problems until now

Its played every file I ve thrown at it , mkv or any other

Until this partiular one mkv

i get no video , and no English audio ,yet on my pc

with a player called VLC , I have no problems

Im not sure if you need this info , but heres what

media info says of this file and also mkv verify

finds no errors
