HD problem disable security help

    I got past the frozen HD part it reads the model number and some other lines that say security supported yes security enabled yes then it tells me to diables security please help guys

    Bought the drive at comp USA brand new tried to unlock it and then it allowed me tock it I'm guessing it was locked but something was wrong because my xbox didn't work with will try tonight hope for the best
