HDD Space

I just installed an 80gb hdd on my softmodded xbox and I can't seem to figure out how to get the xbox to recognize the rest of the space. I've tried using the raw commands in flashfxp with no success. How can I access the rest of my storage space?

 

did you format the hdd with xboxhdm? if so, xbox should read everything

 

Yeah I formatted it, put the files on it, and then locked it.

goto setting look for hdd info. How big is C,E,F drive?

 

C is 335.95 mb, E is 4881.63 md, and F is 0.

 

do you see any option say "use F drive: yes/no", "use G drive: yes/no"?

 

yeah and theyre both enabled

 

look for FORMAT on uleash setting. go in there and Format ONLY THE F DRIVE.

 

DO NOT FORMAT C AND E. OTHERWISE YOU fusk UP.

yeah it sees the other 68gbs now. thanks for the help. one more thing though. how can i get it to play games off of the f drive? ive heard of other people having this problem.

on the main menu of unleash what do you have?

 

i have all the regular stuff. i set it to play games off of e:\games and f:\games. i just uploaded a game to f:\games and it worked like a charm. thanks.
