i have a dvd recorder and i record musis videos , csi shows , and other television shows off tv and i want to make back up's ..do i still have to go trough the whole mayo steps with dvd shrink n dvd encrypter ?..or is there not a easier way for this since the tv shows arent copy righted..maybe like a simplier program or less steps .... thanks alot !
You sound like you have a computer DVD recorder and not a standalone DVD player/recorder. Anything off of TV is not encrypted (I won't get into HDTV & DVI/HDMI which may be), so you won't need to "rip" off the encryption. A DVD recorder attached to your TV works just like your VCR.
