Hello, I need help on Nokia 6126

    I got the Nokia 6126 with at@t carier.USA
    After insert the Sim card (older version 32 bits Iam told) the phone displayed PHONE RESTRICTED with the stop sign.
    The IMEI 357654012313287
    PLEASE help.
    I got the IMEI from the back of the phone, I've try #06# but can not get the phone to display the IMEI #. Do i enter the #06# with or without sim card?
