I have currently tried to follow the directions from this site using the DVD Decrypter method. After succesfully ripping the image to my harddrive. The directions then tells me to select the source to continue with the burn process. When i open up the directory where I stored the image, there is no .dvd file as the directions says, also my screen on the DVD Decrypter does not match the bottom part of the screen shot in the directions. If someone could please lend me a hand in this I would really appreciate it. Thanks again. Newbie<---:)

Look at Decrypter and note the location of it's destination - there is no file suffix of . DVD -
the file types will be bup, ifo and a bunch of vob's.

Put all of these in a folder and name it VIDEO_TS (written just like that, in caps) and follow the directions below using Nero 6 (If you don't have it it's at the end :))

    Step by Step –
    Do not use Nero Wizard.
When you open Nero Burning ROM, you will be at the “New Compilation” window. Directly under the title “New Compilation” is a choice block to choose either DVD or CD, choose DVD. Directly under that click on the DVD Video Icon. Then click “New” in the upper right corner of that screen, NOT the main screen.
You now are in the DVD Video window. In the left screen, click VIDEO_TS. In the File Browser screen, 3rd from the left, trace your path to the VIDEO_TS folder, the one you made in the beginning, holding your work and click on that folder. All of your VIDEO_TS files are now opened in the right screen. Click on the top file, hold down the “Shift” key and then click the bottom file thereby hi-lighting the entire column of files. Click and (holding the left mouse button down) drag the entire column of files to the open screen, second from the left.
Now click the icon on the task bar that shows a match on a disc, and then click “OK” and now ? “Burn you sweet thing, Burn Baby, Burn !” ” “Let me hear you say it, Who’s your Daddy Now ???”
(Wheeew, now I need a cigarette)

Guess what my Friend ?? You are done !!!

STEP AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER ! ! Keep all fingers and toes away from Ms. Computer. Never mess with the lady when she’s working – it would be hazardous to your health, you understand -
Go and have your coffee, when Nero is done, she will let you know ;-))

Let me know how you did,

Thanks for the help. I'll give it a try. Actually I'm doing this for a friend that never uses a comp, so thats why I'm up on the forum looking for help for him. Thanks again, and I'll let you know how it goes. Hopefully it will work like a champ.

after decrypter saves to the hard drive and you have to open what to burn, choose the file that is .iso. it should be around 4.36 gb or less. Then follow the rest of the instructions with the DVD decrypter. You do not need to use Nero after you saved to the hd. The Decrypter has a built-in burning.

Thats what I figured to do since that was the only huge file that was saved in the folder. There was two different files. That one and another one. The only thing is once I choose that file. The direction's screen shot does not match what the program displays. The three drop down menus at the bottom are not there in my program.

After you made that VIDEO_TS folder you could go to DVDShrink, click "Open Files" and then process it (using Shrinks preview window). Then you would have a way to check what your files were prior to burning :)
