First post, Ive been trying to do this for years but can never get it. I want the Bin/Cue files on to DVD. There are 2 disks but i want them onto 1 DVD. So far I have downloaded VCD2DVDMPG. Once that finishes doing its business I am left with 2 files which are the 1st and 2nd disk in MPG, but they have no sound! How do I get the sound back and onto DVD? Also If anyone has an easier way of doing this please let me know. thanks. EDIT: I found isobuster and that got me 2 mpg files with sound. So now all i need to do is get these 2 mpeg files onto 1 DVD, and have it play continuous or as close to. Anyone know how? Not as important, anyone know a program where you can make your own menus? Like scene selections?
You could also use Isobuster for this to remove the DVD compliant mpg and your sound should return, very easy:http://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/141726.php#svcdbin I believe VCDGear also does this. I use TMPGEnc to merge the mpg because I have it installed but there are other programs that will do this. Then, just author with an authoring program and burn to DVD.
get these 2 mpeg files onto 1 DVD,i heard that imto mpeg to dvd convert can burn/convert mpeg-1/2,mpeg-4 to DVD. the link http://www.imtoo.com/downloads/mpeg-to-dvd-converter.exe
sorry I mean vso convertxtodvd. Just add the to files to the program and vso will do the rest, the same with dvd santa.
Even better: [bold]1) extract a 'true mpeg' from any bin/cue [/bold] VCDGear command: cue/bin --> mpeg You'll create CD1.mpg and CD2.mpg. Now you can get rid of any cue/bin. [bold]2) Join CD1.mpg + CD2.mpg --> movie.mpg [/bold] Open MPEG-VCR (Womble MPEG converter) and open CD1.MPG. Press the 'copy' button. CD1.mpg will go in the clipboard. Now open CD2.mpg. Drag-and-drop CD1.mpg from the keyboard into CD2.MPG. MPEG-VCR will ask you where it must put it (at the beginning or a the end of the movie?) Put CD1 before CD2. Press the 'audio button' and select '48 kHz'. Finally press the 'save' button and save the movie. MPEG-VCR will create movie.MPG, which will be a full movie, with audio sampled @ 48 kHz [DVD compliant] instead having audio sampled @ 44,1 kHz [(S)VCD compliant]. Just for safety, check thay you correctly did movie=1+2, not movie=2+1 by playing it. [bold]3) Author a DVD with (S)VCD movies[/bold] Open DVD-Lab and author that movie into a DVD. Burn the set.
tried dvd santa, the dvd will not play in ps2 only sound no video, on xbox 360 it comes through but only the first disc of 2 that i burnt together.... aghhhhhhhhhh! going to try the last one with vcd gear womble and dvd lab? if i can get those programs
