Hi ak1n0 A buffer overflow can be a programming error. What version of Nero are you using - like 7.2.7.0? In version 7.5.1.1 - one fix was for this error that some users may have. So one option - if not using the latest version update to it. It's now 7.5.7.0. Another would be to try this. In Vision click on 'more' then 'default video options'. In the dvd-video tab change encoding mode to high quality. Will take longer - transcodes in 2 passes. If you haven't very recently do a disc cleanup and defrag. When using Vision and burning no multi tasking and close all un needed programs.
