there is a great all in one program EazyVCD freeware available on this site it will do all this complicated stuff for you and then use Nero, Roxio, or any other burning program to burn resultant file to disc you can also get VcdEasy for burning but be warned it doesn't work to well with xp, one last tip before using EazyVCD disable your screensaver and any other background programs that are not needed this will speed up the process takes about 2hrs on 512mb ram 2.4ghz p4 good luck
