   i have a pal divx that i want to convert to a ntsc svcd, im using dvd2svcd and CCE as the encoder. any help would be really appreciated.

   hmm that's not very nice considering they wont give you a PAL to NTSC option, hmmm i think you'll have to stick to TMPGEnc Plus or something for this!
