Help creating a bin/cue file

    Can anyone help me out with this? I just downloaded TMPGEnc and I don't know exactly how to convert a video file to a bin/cue file so I can burn them as a KVCD. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Tmpgenc can not Create Bin/Cue Files and you do not need to make a Bin.Cue to make a VCD...Simply Load the Mpeg-2/VCD file into a VCD Burning program Like Nero or VCD Easy and they will burn the Mpeg-1/VCD File to CD-R for you.....
