Help encoding captured HDTV to DVD

    Hi,I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for encoding a tv show captured in HDTV to DVD.At the moment,the hour long show is 10.8GB in size.I tried HDTV 2 DVD but couldn't get it to work.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

    use VideoRedo or Womble Mpeg Wizard to cut out the ads and save the file as a mpeg2 program stream. Then you can encode the file using a encoder like mainconcept, tmpgenc, cce or Hcenc so it fits on a DVD then author with dvdlab or ifoedit and burn with nero. You can also use a program like ConvertXtoDVD or WinAVI after using VideoRedo or Womble Mpeg WIzard but the quality wouldn't be as good.
