   I've used Nerovision Express to burn any pal dvd's to ntsc in the past,have had to uninstall and quit using nve because it causes my computer to freeze and will not complete the burn.Can anyone point me in the direction of a program that is similar to NeroVision and gives you the option to burn using ntsc?
