HELP HELP HELP..Can't activate DVD x Copy

    I need some help please, I am trying to load my DVD x Copy program onto my g/f's PC. She is using windows XP. Once loaded, and connected to the net, we try to put in the license # and password, but it say it "can't connect to the server"...I was able to do this on my PC with 98se installed. Counld there be a conflivt with her XP version ? I don't know anything about firewalls, but i hear this could also be a problem. Any help would be appreciated
