HELP!!!!! how do i get my video files on disc

    Im new to al this and have been downloading films from kazaa but have no idea how to get them on disc so i can watch them on my dvd player. I need a idiots guide to doing this. Please help as im fed up of sitting here for hours on end downloading the wrong programmes an stil not being able to watch a film. Thanks any1 who can help me xKx

    How do these files look like ?
    Give us the files...you downloaded.

    the files i downloaded are from kazaa and some are in avi? mpeg and divx? all ive been doing is downloading them an trying to get them on disc

    [bold]tmpeg[/bold] to convert avi to dvd and then [bold]sonyc mydvd[/bold] to make menu ifos files and burn.

    If they're MPEG then just burn a VCD.

    Not ever herb...
    Depend from quality u need..
    I'm aquiring sat tv via optical cable in dvd quality in about 4 gigs mpg file,so, not ever vcd is the way.
    (anyway SVCD not VCD)

    SVCD still sucks majorally compared to DVD Video tho mind

    Which TV/Capture Card are you using (out of curiousity) ?
