I don't know what information you guys need... but no matter how or on what program I try, I get an error message of some fashion. I've tried uninstalling it in Device Manager and redoing it. I've also tried updating the firmware, but that didn't do anything either.
hi, once you uninstall it & reinstall it from device manager is it showing as working properly in properties? i'm sure you have checked but are the correct drivers installed? it could be that the burner itself is broken, do you have another one available to you that you can try?
