Help: I just reformated my pc to factory mode and everything on it is old!

    Hey all, i had a trojan/virus on my pc and was told it was a nasty one and there was no way to get rid of it other then to reformat my computer, which i have just done now.

    I got the comp about 2/3 years ago and it dont seem the same as before, windows seems different and the internet explorer seems different.

    Any tips on what i can download to update it abit?

    ps and my net seems slower! Any idea what could be up

    Hey thanks for the reply. Yeh i went and had a look and done the best i can think, i updated my Internet Exlorer and Windows Media Player.

    My internet seems to be going slower since i reformated, anyone an idea why that could?
