I am having frustrations writing a "perfect" dvd. I bought an Alpine DVA-900 indash monitor and dvd player that is supposed to play burned dvds. I've tried dozens of the dvds I've made that work on all my home dvd players but none work in my Alpine. What's weird though is that a DVD that was burned by Tivo on my friends home dvd recorder works fine. So what would make that Tivo DVD different from the ones I'm making. So I guess I'm looking for the most compatible dvd I can make. This has been very aggravating because I've been burning dvds for years, and never have I met this kind of problem. So please help me.
