I can't see anything...the screen is flicking so fast and its in black and white..

If I could stop it I could change it back..

Someone mentioned using a V-Hold button? Or setting? I'm not sure this TV has that..if it did where would it be on the TV?

Is there some disk I could burn, or something I can put in the xbox to switch it back?

check your TV settings. you might have set it up to display PAL while sending it NTSC signals from the xbox.

No I changed the xbox to PAL when I was messing around in an AID disk >.<

Although I figured out what I had to do, I burned a Enigmah Disk, (last blank DVD I had) and switched it back. Defiantly keeping this disk on hand.

How exactly did you use the Enigma disc and does it have to be burned to a dvd disc or can cd be used as well?

I burned it to a DVD -r because thats the only disk I had left lol...
I was out of CD -r's

When I put the Enigmah disk into the xbox, it booted up to a screen where all I had to do was press A for PAL and B for NTSC, then once I pressed B, I rebooted and all was well.

I could be mixed up though. It could have been A for NTSC and B for PAL
