I am looking into buying a new laptop and wanted it to contain a blu-ray player/burner. I do not know too much about the specifications of computers and was basically wondering if I need a discrete video card such as NVIDIA or if I can play blu-ray movies with just a integrated video card. I am not planning on using this laptop for gaming or any video editing, just basically office/school work, internet, and occasionally watching blu ray movies. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
well you would need a good video card to watch blu ray smoothly on a laptop. integrated wont be good enough. id also suggest getting atleast a core 2 duo processor.
