help in creating vcd

    Did you really select the correct settings template in TMPGEnc (one of those VideoCD (NTSC), VideoCD (PAL) or VideoCD (NTSCFilm))? Those should produce the standard video stream. And of course you're using the latest TMPGEnc, right?

    i have now done it righ.when i chopped the file down to fit on cd i did not click on video cd AGAIN thank you for your help anyway
