    Hi Every one,

I recently faced a problem in my Laptop below are the list of problems & I can't figure out how to fix them.

    - Cannot run - regedit ( It has been disable by your administrator)
    - Cannot use ctrl+alt+del (Task Manager Disable by your Administrator)
    - Cannot access folder Options -
    - Clicking a link to download any file on the internet runs the file directly instead of giving me the options to choose either save, run or cancel.

I had installed a pirated copy of AVG which got alot of viruses & trojans but every now & then while updating an error window will pop up to say that I am a victim of pirated software then the computer will totally hang & I cannot do anything about except forcing it off; so I un Installed the AVG today but still I have the above problems.

Searching through the Internet I found a very old sting here about the almost the same issue but after trying couldn't fix my laptop.

I came to know of HijackThis so I downloaded the App & run a scan on my system below is the report that will probably help you help me.

Please guys I am so desparate now I need my system back the way it was!!!

I recommend you do a system restore. Either go to %SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe or when you computer is starting up tap F11.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply, but All my restore points are infected with Virus according to AVG Antivirus.

I tried Booting in Safe Mode to add Administrator Rights to my account but found out that still I am the Admin.

I am so disperate that the Infenction is my other home PC networked to my Laptop an error box pops up & whatever you do it will re-appear. Windows Error - No Disk.
