help making mp3 ringtones

    I was just curious if anyone has a good site to learn how to make mp3 ringtones for my v180

    You can download moble phone tools in the bold type threads above .Run melody studio to down size a mp3 to less than a minute (any part of the song)and upload it to the phone. Then play it as a ring style.

    Ok i've done all of that and it still doesn't convert over to my phone. I saved it as a Mp3 file and tried numerous things...what else can i try?

    Edit mp3's with audacity and then upload with p2kman.

    I set my custom mp3 ringtones to a max of 56kbps, convert them to mono, at 22hz using Adobe Audition. I use the fade in/fade out sometimes when I crop them.
