Not yet.. If you have a gamecube with the network adapter you can play backups by copying the game to your hard drive then streaming it back to the gamecube via the network adapter.(slow) Or they have a emulator called dolphin that loads alot of the games and plays some. It's merely a teaser program they released to show what they were working on and how much they have completed.
