i've seen alot of guides on softmodding the cube but they're all so confusing can someone write me a guide to softmodding using the pen method and could show pics on how to make the pen.
i meant how to softmod with the action replay and anaconda. also i might sound stupid but can someone explain the whole ms-dos prompt thing to me. this forum might be the wrong place to ask but i really need help on this.
Please i've looked around too...i was wondering how to use AR to play my backups as well cuz i dont trust my clumbsyness in chipping my cube

I don't use soft mod methods, so I can't be completely sure about this, but I'm pretty sure all you have to do is load Anaconda, GCOS, or Ninjamod onto the AR memory card or the Max Drive Pro Evo and launch it from the AR's menu or the MDP's menu. The only time you'd need to open the case is if you need to adjust the pot, that I can be certain of.
