a friend of mine installed softmods to my xbox and he had put in an evo x dashboard but id rather have unleash x how do i switch from evo x to unlaseh x ...? any comments will be appreciated.. thanx 213
Here are some steps. -Flash a bios like X2 5035 or Evox m8 -Download Evtool, within the program load the bios. Lets say M8 bios. -By default M8 should be set to look for evoxdash.xbe (the evox dash file). Since you want unleash as your dashboard, youll see in Evtool numbers of dash files. Like this: 1: evoXdash.xbe 2: xboxdash.xbe -then there are 2 more, i cant remember what ones. -Unleash dashboard is set to i think unleashx.xbe. I dont use unleash, but make sure what the unleash dashboard file is, then replace it into the: 1:___________. Like above. -click save in evtool, select a directory to install m8 bios. -FTP the unleashx files to xbox E:\ -FTP and flash the edited bios(M8) -Load the dash in launch menu.
Posted above is a good idea. You can either do that or uninstall ur softmod and get the linux profile for Mech Assualt and use that to mod ur box with. if you mod with mech assualt your Modded dash should be Unleashed X. Or you could get Sid 4 Installer and just follow the steps on 1 of the members TUTS If you need help just send me a P.M
