i recently bought a vcd from off ebay. the person who sold it to me told me that he had forgotten to turn it into a runnable vcd. it works on my pc and an mpeg file but not on my dvd player. all thats on the disc is a file called Avseq01.dat. WHAT DO I DO?!
first download vcd easy http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/vcdeasy.cfm once you have it installed select tools then select the mpeg tools tab at the bottom there is a tool called cdxa2mpeg, browse for the location of your dat file then select an output filename and hit convert this will give you a true mpeg file, then u can load the mpeg file into your cd burning software an burn as a VCD there is a guide on how to do it with NERO here http://www.afterdawn.com/articles/archive/nero_videocd_guide.cfm
