yesterday when i tried to play my xbox i put the disc in and it told me disc cannot be read with everyone of my discs so i picked up my xbox and i heard a rattle i opened my disc tray and a reflective and see through thing fell out (dont know if it will help but when u look through it every thing is blue) 1. how do u get the top off the xbox? 2. what is the little reflective thing and where does it go?
a reflective thing? fell out of the disk tray. If your box isnt modded, I would give M$ a call and see what the damage will be to repair it, if it modded, open it up and take a look. You need to take the screws out to open the box, but if your box isnt modded, then by taking out the screws will void the warrantee
