first of all sorry if this is in the wrong place but everytime i convert any file over to dvd format it will play very good on the computer but everytime i burn it to a dvd it pauses and skips and other stuff so let me say i use dvd santa and i use Nero and i have tryed this process in both with 3 different types of discs and in 1x 2x 4x 8x speeds all of them do the same thing please someone help me thanks to any and everyone
Hi there, You still have skipping and freezing issues, even if burned at 2x ? Wow, that suprises me. Most everage media should work at 2x. Download VSO Inspector v1.1 --> http://www.vso-software.fr/ or DVDInfoPro --> http://www.dvdinfopro.com and run a sector scan (Media CRC in DVDInfoPro) and see if those burned media come up 100% reading error free. I (father in law) also has some elto cheapo media, and even burned at 2x, sometimes they are not 100% reading error free. I don't even try them in my DVD Player, they hit the garbage can I'm burning them cause father in law gave them to me. Both those software can give you the MEDIA ID of the media. What brand of media are you using ? And what's the Media ID ? Also from VSO, check out DivXtoDVD. It will convert all your internet movies into DVD format, can now has it's own burn engine. I really like the new version, give it a shot !
